From the first moments of the melancholic Jazz-Acid masterpiece «Not Phazed», it’s clear this is something special, and let’s face it, how many times do you hear a record described as a Jazz-Acid masterpiece? There are more vintage Jazz House vibes on the title track, seriously sounding like a lost for years mega-gem, before what we reckon is the real highlight crops up as the B2 track; «Incognigro», a proper slow, raw, machine workout tinged throughout with deep pads and white noise. Apparently Omar-S thinks it would make a good ring-tone, we’d rather hear it in the club personally, but hell, it’d beat listening to kids playing tinny Akon mp3s through their phones on the bus anyday.
